Support is a series of sculptures, each a regular drinking glass partnered with an enhanced crazy straw. The work comes out of In the Dark, a long-standing series of drawings of people seeking refuge from doomscrolling and digital overdose through props and invented rituals. The straws were imagined as props in those drawings, now lifted out and built IRL.
